Performance & Competitive Sports Pathways
Football
Our UEFA B-licensed coaches design every session to cultivate intelligent play, technical precision, spatial awareness, and tactical mastery. From early foundations to elite squad performance, players develop discipline and vision both on and off the pitch. Every athlete learns to think like a professional, analysing patterns, making decisions, and leading with confidence.
Swimming
Led by ASA-qualified coaches, Fortes swimmers refine their technique through rigorous skill progression and race-focused training cycles. Athletes learn to balance speed, endurance, and mental control — building composure under pressure. For those with the drive to excel, our talent pathway extends toward national representation and international meets.
Basketball
Our programme sharpens precision, pace, and power through structured drills and advanced gameplay analytics. Athletes develop spatial IQ, leadership, and composure as they transition from practice courts to competitive arenas. With every session, players gain the tools to perform as teammates, tacticians, and emerging leaders.
Netball
Guided by semi-professional players and certified umpires, the Fortes Netball Pathway delivers exceptional coaching depth from U8 to U19. Training fuses technical excellence with movement intelligence, teamwork, and competitive resilience. From Rising Stars to senior squads, players progress through a clearly defined pathway of mastery and success.
Volleyball
Our cross-site programme is led by international-level coaches bringing global expertise and a data-driven philosophy. Sessions focus on precision technique, positional awareness, and intelligent decision-making under pressure. Athletes refine their performance through cutting-edge analysis tools that measure and optimise every movement.
Athletics & Cross Country
Olympian-led squads inspire athletes to pursue personal bests through disciplined training and scientific preparation. From sprint mechanics to endurance conditioning, every programme is tailored to each runner’s physiological profile. Performance nutrition, mindset coaching, and recovery routines complete a holistic approach to peak achievement.
Additional Sports
Fortes also offers competitive pathways in Cricket, Handball, Rugby, Rounders, and Aquathlon, expanding opportunities for all students. Each sport is coached by certified specialists who foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and strategic play.
