What an incredible journey it has been. Moving to Dubai at the age of 9 with little English was a challenge, but over the years, both this city and Sunmarke became my second home.
Serving as Secondary Head Girl in my final year was an honour I embraced with great pride. From leading student initiatives and representing the school to playing on the football, volleyball, and netball teams, the year was filled with unforgettable experiences. I also had the privilege of working alongside an inspiring team of student leaders, and together we created lasting memories and meaningful impact.
Looking back—from being Primary Head Girl in Year 6 to stepping into the role again in Sixth Form—I feel immense gratitude for how far I’ve come. Sunmarke has provided me with countless opportunities to lead, grow, and thrive, both inside and outside the classroom.
As I begin my next chapter studying Biomedical Sciences at Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, I carry with me the resilience, leadership, and values instilled in me at Sunmarke. This school has shaped who I am, and I’ll always be proud to call it home.
