Mrs Assile Al-Amili

Mrs. Assile Al-Amili is a highly respected educator and serves as the Deputy Headteacher and Strategic Advisor for Fortes Education. Her extensive experience as a senior leader in top-tier schools encompasses areas such as Teaching and Learning, Languages, and Islamic and Social Studies.

As a consultant in both the UAE and internationally, Mrs. Amili’s notable collaboration with UNICEF represents her commitment to transformative educational reforms. In her illustrious career, she has achieved significant milestones ranging from fostering middle leadership and improving teaching methodologies to elevating school and educational profiles. Additionally, she has provided mentoring to students who are engaged in both local and global projects.

Research is a passion for Mrs. Amili and she is well versed in it. Her recent research investigates factors affecting students’ motivation to enrol in the College of Education. Her commitment to research extends to pioneering projects that strengthen the educational sector and herald positive transformations.
