Ms Jayne West

Jayne West is an experienced Senior Leader, having been the Head Teacher of her own school and Assistant Head of Inclusion, at an all-through specialist academy.

Jayne is the Head of Inclusion at Sunmarke School and leads The Achievement Centre team across the school to improve the life chances of the most vulnerable students.  She has embedded rigorous systems and procedures to ensure that every child’s needs are met through early identification, targeted intervention and staff development.

She is a fully qualified SENCo, Specialist Dyslexia Teacher and Safeguarding Lead.  She ensures that every child has access to a broad and balanced education with the right support and guidance to reach their full potential.

Jayne works closely with all stakeholders to provide training, strategies, and a network of support, to ensure they feel equipped and ready for the journey to educate every student into independent and resilient adults of the future.
